New Zealand - South Island

In the last 2 weeks i was on the South Island in New Zealand. The weather was always very good, only one day rain on the Westcoast. From Picton to Christchurch i gone by train and than by bike to Lake Tekapo. This was wonderful! But the night was very cold. There was ice on my tent and the water in my bottles was frozen. On the next day i had a flight with a little airplane over the Fox Glacier, the lakes and mount cook. This is the highest mountain on the South Island. On the Westcoast i have seen the Franz Josef Glacier and the rainforest. The pancake rocks are very interesting. In the near of the Abel Tasman NP i was skydiving. 60 seconds freefall from 13000 feet. This was very good. Now i’m in Wellington and tomorrow i’ll catch the bus to Auckland. On november, 1 i have a flight to Australia.
